Security Documents for LCG Sites
The Security Group has created documents that are relevant to
grid
site managers and resource administrators. These documents place
responsibilities on both users and providers of LCG resources.
Authority is given to these documents through their approval by the
LCG Grid
Deployment Board.
It is important that site managers,
resource administrators and security officers read, understand
and act on these documents.
Note: It was agreed by the Grid Deployment Board at a
meeting on 13th January, 2004 that all LCG Policy documents remain
valid until such time as they are updated.

A general description of security in

Defines the requirements and process
to be followed for a site to be properly registered. |

Defines audit data which should be gathered and
retained to support the detection and analysis of security
incidents. |

Defines the rules governing the use of LCG
resources. |
